Often generically reffered to as "Landlords Insurance" this term usually relates to buildings insurance, however there are a number of products on the market for landlords. We are not insurance brokers and as such provide here just a brief outline of the types of insurance available. Landlords wishing to insure the building or contents of their property need to have a specialist policy in place to cover them. "Residential" or "Home" Buildings and contents that many people have on their own property does not normally cover for letting property out. We advise all clients to check to ensure that there are correctly and adequetly covered.

Rent Guarantee insurance can cover landlords for non-payment of rent by tenants. This is a very specific policy and it will usually have quite strict terms and conditions. Landlords are advised to check first with us to ensure that this type of policy is suitable for them and so that we can ensure the terms of the policy will be met.
